Earlier this year we partnered with Trimark Foodservice Equipment to complete the walk-in cooler and kitchen installation for a new Cookshack located on Washington Ave in Houston, TX. We received, installed, siliconed, and peeled plastic for various kitchen equipment, as well as, received and built the walk-in cooler and refrigeration system, and two Hoshizaki ice machines. After refrigeration was complete, we were set to tackle the rest of the kitchen installation that included the utility distribution systems, stainless shelving, back bar and under counter refrigeration, faucets and sinks, stainless wall lining, ovens, soup cookers, work tables, pass through counter and heat lamps, fryers, beverage counters and cabinets, and more.

This Texas chain was started in Fort Worth and now has one location here in Houston with a second Houston spot in the works. They serve fried chicken and ribs flavored to your choice of spice level along with comforting sides like mac and cheese, french fries, Texas caviar, and more.
