Out With the Old, In With the New.

For this project we removed the old beer equipment at a Buffalo Wild Wings location near Houston and replaced it with a brand new Perlick 30 faucet direct draw system as well as BLM-Q devices.

What is a BLM-Q device?

The BLM-Q is a device that generates an audio signal that is induced into the beer line via a transponder. The audio signal varies in frequency and amplitude, to create an unfriendly environment for yeast and bacteria cells to grow and multiply within the beer lines. This system allows for longer periods (up to 8 weeks) between line cleanings. Without the BLM-Q system line cleanings would need to happen every 1-2 weeks.
