For this project we partnered with ADE consultants as the installer for the kitchen equipment in the second location of Roti Modern Mediterranean in Houston, TX.
Our role in this kitchen install included point of service shelving, hand wash sinks, dish wash wall shelving, walk-in cooler and freezer shelving, a partition wall, walk-in cooler trim, a beverage dispaly cooler, as well as cookline equipment.
We began the installations late September and finalized the bulk of the installations in October. Roti Modern Mediterranean is currently open for business, so if you work in the medical center or are passing through make sure to give this flavorful spot a try!
