- Drinks that are coming out too flat or overly foamy. This usually is an issue with the CO2 connection, or, the tank may be empty and should be replaced.
- Not Dispensing. Make sure to check the unit is properly connected to the power source – you’d be surprised how many times they are accidently shut off. Also, check the circuit breaker to make sure the outlet hasn’t been tripped. If that doesn’t solve the problem, you will need to call a technician.
- Syrup is Off Balance. This can be as simple as your syrup supply being low and needs to be swapped out, or, the connection could be loose.
- Discolored Drinks. If your soda system is dispensing discolored drinks, the product itself may be expired, or the nozzles may be dirty. If still discolored once cleaned, you will likely need a professional tech to diagnose & correct the issue.
