REFRIGERATION TECHNICIAN

Position Description

Full time position. Responsible for service and maintenance of commercial refrigeration equipment such as walk-in coolers and freezers, reach-in and roll-in coolers and freezers, blast chillers, roll-ins, under-counter coolers, etc. The Refrigeration technician will need to be able to diagnose problems or issues promptly and provide an accurate recommendation for service/repairs. Technicians should also maintain company vehicle with their personal tools necessary for the job and complete any job-related paperwork or administrative tasks required.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years experience
  • EPA Certification
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Must Pass Drug Test
  • Clean Driving Record
  • Knowledge / Experience with Controls and Wiring related to refrigeration equipment
  • Must be able to work some weekends for “on call” rotations
  • Problem Solving / Troubleshooting Skills
  • Attention to Detail
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills
  • Ability to follow instructions (written and verbal)
  • Self-Starter / Ability to work with minimal supervision

WAREHOUSE

Position Description:

Must be able to drive a forklift, assist with inventory, and run parts to technicians. Provide labor and effort to assist in the accurate and timely receipt of goods in warehouse. This position performs a variety of shipping and receiving tasks. Must possess excellent attention to detail to ensure accurate receipt of inventory/parts as well as shipping of client orders. This position will include tasks requiring operating forklifts, unloading shipments, and packing shipments in an efficient manner.

AR / BILLING CLERK

Position Description:

Accounts Receivable / Billing representative should be capable of creating invoices from work-orders and is proficient in performing A/R duties such as processing and monitoring of incoming payments and securing revenue by verifying and posting receipts.

Responsibilities:
  • Issue Bills, Receipts, & Invoices
  • Manage status of account and balances
  • Post customer payments by recording cash, checks, and credit card transactions
  • Create Invoices and statements
  • Email Invoices and follow up with accounts
  • Post Payments / Create Deposits
  • Assist with answering phones
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in A/R & Billing (2+ years of experience)
  • Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
  • Experience with QuickBooks
  • Ability to complete work on schedule
  • Customer service skills
  • Data entry skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred
