We had a blast working with Rebecca Masson, pastry chef and owner of the Fluff Bake Bar here in Houston, TX. Rebecca is known around town as the “Sugar Fairy” which you can easily understand why once you get a glimpse inside her bakery full of decadent, creative, and all around delicious creations.
When we began working with Rebecca, she was on a mission to find a new Carpigiani batch freezer so she could continue to offer her award winning ice creams at her new bakery location. And, that’s where we came in! We invited Rebecca to our showroom to see some of the Carpigiani equipment we had available to demo, and ultimately, we helped her land on the right Carpigiani machine that would work with her space, vision, and budget. The LB 100 was perfect for her which she lovingly named Trixie.

Rebecca has appeared in Bravo Network’s Top Chef: Just Desserts, as well as, in two Netflix series: The Chef Show and Unique Eats. You may be surprised to find that you may have already tried some of her creations before if you’ve dined at one of the top-tier Houston restaurants where she is a trusted dessert menu consultant. She has also won many awards here locally throughout the years!
