Position Description:

The front desk & parts associate will be responsible for answering customer phone calls and attending to calls relating to requests and orders for parts. All other calls will need to be politely screened and transferred to the appropriate person or department. The front desk associate will be responsible for greeting any walk-in customers or vendors. This position should ensure sales and administrative duties are performed accurately and should provide excellent customer service. Other duties may include restocking parts and supplies, keeping the front desk organized, and accurately completing any necessary paperwork.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Basic Computer Skills (MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • General Office Skills (Copy, Scan, Fax, etc.)
  • Customer Service Experience (Phone and In-Person)
  • Excellent Communication Skills (especially over the phone)
  • Organization skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to work effectively with a team

Position Description

Full time position. Responsible for service and maintenance of commercial refrigeration equipment such as walk-in coolers and freezers, reach-in and roll-in coolers and freezers, blast chillers, roll-ins, under-counter coolers, etc. The Refrigeration technician will need to be able to diagnose problems or issues promptly and provide an accurate recommendation for service/repairs. Technicians should also maintain company vehicle with their personal tools necessary for the job and complete any job-related paperwork or administrative tasks required.

  • Minimum of 3 years experience
  • EPA Certification
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Must Pass Drug Test
  • Clean Driving Record
  • Knowledge / Experience with Controls and Wiring related to refrigeration equipment
  • Must be able to work some weekends for “on call” rotations
  • Problem Solving / Troubleshooting Skills

Position Description:

Accounts Receivable / Billing representative should be capable of creating invoices from work-orders and is proficient in performing A/R duties such as processing and monitoring of incoming payments and securing revenue by verifying and posting receipts.

  • Issue Bills, Receipts, & Invoices
  • Manage status of account and balances
  • Post customer payments by recording cash, checks, and credit card transactions
  • Create Invoices and statements
  • Email Invoices and follow up with accounts
  • Post Payments / Create Deposits
  • Assist with answering phones
  • Proven experience in A/R & Billing (2+ years of experience)
  • Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
  • Experience with QuickBooks
  • Ability to complete work on schedule
